Nimelt on ta sihikindlalt p\u00fcrgimas vasaraheite tippseltskonda ja seadnud eesm\u00e4rgiks esindada Eestit 2020 Tokyo ol\u00fcmpiam\u00e4ngudel. Viljandimaalt p\u00e4rit Kati on \u00f5ppinud \u00fclikoolis tehno\u00f6koloogiat ja hajaenergeetikat, kuid t\u00e4na on tema sihiks keskenduda 100% spordile. Oma isikliku vasaraheite rekordi \u2013 68,16m, uuendas ta v\u00e4rskelt t\u00e4navuse v\u00f5istlushooaja alguses, mis kestab maist septembrini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Vestlesime Katiga tippspordiga tegelemisest, f\u00fc\u00fcsilisest ja vaimsest ettevalmistusest, eesm\u00e4rkide seadmisest ja muust sellega kaasnevast ning mis motiveerib ja hoiab teda tegutsemas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Tippsport n\u00f5uab tegijalt suurt \u00fcldf\u00fc\u00fcsilist ja vaimset ettevalmistust. Mu tolleaegne treener Milvi Vares oli kohe \u00e4ksi t\u00e4is, rohkem kui mina, arvates, et sellest v\u00f5ib kettas abi olla, aga meile k\u00f5igile m\u00e4rkamatult sai senisest k\u00f5rvalalast uus p\u00f5hiala. Kaasaelajaid on palju, kuid just rahalist toetust on v\u00e4ga raske leida. Olen iseenda manager ning n\u00e4en selle kallal tohutult vaeva, et sportimist rahastada ja tuge leida. Loomulikult k\u00f5ik p\u00e4evad ei ole vennad ja on ka halbu p\u00e4evi, kuid siis tuletan endale meelde oma suurimaid eesm\u00e4rke ning miks ma k\u00f5ike seda teen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Tippkonkurentsis p\u00fcsimine, rutiini ja regulaarsusega toime tulemine n\u00f5uab kindlaid kvaliteete ja isikuomadusi. Kas praktiseerid ka mingeid meelepraktikad, mis aitavad sul paremini keskenduda ja seatud eesm\u00e4rkidel p\u00fcsida?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Ma ei praktiseeri mingeid kindlaid praktikaid, kuid olen lugenud palju seda valdkonda puudutavaid raamatuid ning kuulanud erinevaid podcaste. Need on aidanud mul leida just minule sobiva meeleseisundi ning t\u00f6\u00f6vahendid selle rakendamiseks. Ja ma ei m\u00f5tle selle all saavutatud medaleid, v\u00f5ite, au ja uhkust, mis nendega kaasneb, vaid seda, et ma tahan kasvada inimesena nii vaimselt kui f\u00fc\u00fcsiliselt. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p4\"><strong><span class=\"s3\"><i>Tahan omandada midagi, mida oskab maailmas peot\u00e4is naisi ja mis oleks veel \u00e4gedam kui see, et ka mina olen nende hulgas.\u00a0<\/i><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><i>Oskusega heita vasarat ideaalse tehnikaga ja kaugele!\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Minu eesm\u00e4rk on see, et ma saan kunagi k\u00f5igele sellele tagasi vaadata ja \u00f6elda, et mul oli nii tore, v\u00e4ljakutsuv ja p\u00f5nev aeg. Andsin endast k\u00f5ik ning ma tegin selle \u00e4ra!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Millest tunned k\u00f5ige enam puudust Eesti spordivaldkonna korralduses ja arengus?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Tunnen puudust korralikust tugis\u00fcsteemist, seda selle otseses m\u00f5ttes. V\u00f5rreldes teiste riikidega on meil veel palju areneda, loodan ja usun, et tehakse v\u00e4ikseid samme selles suunas. Eestis sportlane olla ei ole amet ning see on fundamentaalselt vale, kuid see tuleneb just sellest, et k\u00f5ik sportlased, kes tahavad ja t\u00f6\u00f6tavad selle nimel, et p\u00e4\u00e4seda ol\u00fcmpiale, ei ole igakuise sissetulekuga profisportlased.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Millised p\u00f5nevad hobid ja harrastused sul veel varuks on, mis silmad s\u00e4rama paneb ja vaheldust pakub?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">Palju sinna vahele ei mahugi, kuna vabad hetked kuuluvad ikkagi treeningutest taastumiseks, f\u00fcsioterapeudi ja mass\u00f6\u00f6ri k\u00fclastustele. K\u00fcll aga meeldib mulle eksperimenteerida erinevate toitudega. Olen ka avastanud raamatute lugemise maagia ja v\u00f5imsuse. On kulunud aastaid, kus ma ei ole avanud \u00fchtegi raamatut, kuid n\u00fc\u00fcd \u00fcritan lugeda v\u00e4hemalt \u00fche raamatu kuus. Suveajal olen hobiaednik oma v\u00e4ikeste lillede ja taimedega. Usun, et see tuleb geenidega kaasa, kuna mu vanaema on elup\u00f5line aednik suurte lillepeenarde ja aiamaaga ning samasugune on mu ema. See on nii tore, kui me saadame \u00fcksteisele pilte, helistame ja jagame, mis on \u00f5itsema l\u00e4inud v\u00f5i kas maasikad on juba punased v\u00f5i kas sel suvel on ka midagi, mis talve \u00fcle ei elanud. Neilt saab k\u00f5ige paremaid ja usaldusv\u00e4\u00e4rsemaid vanakooli aiandusnippe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>N\u00e4ed spordiv\u00e4ljakul alati v\u00e4ga efektne ja hoolitsetud v\u00e4lja. Ma meigin ennast harva, m\u00f5nel pidulikumal s\u00fcndmusel ja v\u00f5istlustel, mis on sportlase jaoks ju pidup\u00e4ev. Ma n\u00e4en mass\u00f6\u00f6ri ja f\u00fcsioterapeuti kord n\u00e4dalas, seda tihedamini kui oma perekonda. Loen neid oma spordipere osaks, oleme v\u00e4ga l\u00e4hedased ja usaldus on 100%. Samamoodi on treeneriga, keda n\u00e4en veel tihedamini.
