We ship your order the next business day after you place the order. The shipping time depends on your exact location.

For Europe the shipping time might vary between 5-10 days. For rest of the world it might take up to 5-20 days. We do our best to make the delivery as fast as possible. Tilk products are something worth waiting for!

If your order is more than €25 the shipping is for FREE. For orders less than 35€ the shipping cost for Estonia is €1.99 and for other countries €5 per package.

Please note that our currency is EUR (€) and we also charge Euros from your bank account.

You can pay by Mastercard, Visa and Paypal. All of the payment are processed through Paypal itself. Remember that for credit card payment there is no need to setup a Paypal account.

Did you order a wrong product? No worries, we want to make you happy. We will give you a refund for the cost of product or send you a new product. Contact us at fresh@tilk.bio and we will instruct you about the exact procedure how to return the product. Just make sure the product is unopened in its original packaging. Send us the product back within 14 business days after receiving the package. Please use the tracked mail service. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please remember that we don’t provide tracking number for the orders. If you are waiting for your order after 10 days in Europe and 20 days globally then please contact us at fresh@tilk.bio.

What do we do with your information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing: Only with your permission, we may send infrequent emails about our store, new products and other updates. We will never sell your information to any third person or business.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
